ABOUT US
Dan Buthler:
I was born 1965 in Rønne in Denmark. I have a
bachelors degree in Economics, with marketing and the
Internet as my main interests. I have worked as a business
developer for Dagens Nyheter, the largest morning paper
in Sweden and as a consultant.
My interest in how things are connected and politics,
especially related to the Internet, has lead to ideas
that are well suited for exploring in the form of books.
Since I believe that I am a less than skilled writer,
these ideas has remained just ideas.
The idea for "mord.net" has stuck with me
for years and when I met Dag, I decided that he was
the ideal partner to write the book with. He agreed
and now we have developed a very creative process for
writing thrillers.

Dag Öhrlund:
My main motivator is curiosity and I have been telling
stories, in one way or another, almost all my life.
I have been a journalist for 35 years and also work
as a photographer and author. I have written and photographed
easy-to-read books for people with reading disabilities,
contributed to several anthologies and photographed
a number of books about people, food, drink and chocolate.
I have been published in more than 150 magazines in
20 countries. Besides writing I give lectures on writing,
wellbeing and IT-safety in schools and for businesses
and organisations.
I have had the dream of being able to spend more time
on writing fiction and now the time has finally come.
Thrillers are new to me and it is with the greatest
respect I approach the genre. And the joy of writing
has not been as great in a long time.
