THE CHARACTERS
Kommissarie Jacob Colt, born in 1957, works in
Länskriminalen, which is an entity serving the
capital area in Sweden with investigations of violent
crimes. He is married to Melissa, whom he met during
his years at UCLA in Los Angeles. She decided to move
to Sweden when he returned home. They have two children,
Stephen and Elin. They live in a suburb north of Stockholm.
Kriminalinspektör Henrik Vadh is a year
younger than Colt. He is a former army officer and turned
to the police force during the serious cut backs of
the Swedish military forces. Vadh has been the right
hand of Colt for more than a decade. He is married to
Gunilla and the two enjoy time together even when not
at work.
